II. Rental Service Fees

 

T Sanctuary Rental (Required)....................$850.00—Includes

* One, two-hour rehearsal session in HCF Main Sancturary

* One, four-hour block of time for the wedding or quinceañera in HCF Main Sanctuary

* Pre-designed seating for up to 150 guests (The HCF Main Sanctuary can accommodate additional seating for up to 100 more guests at the expense and coordination of the event’s planner)

* The services of the HCF Facility-Coordinator

* Changing areas for event-participants

* Janitorial Services

 

T Sound (Optional)………………………………….$150.00—Includes

* Provision for HCF approved sound person for the four-hour block of time for the scheduled event

* Use of the HCF built-in-house sound system, to be operated only by HCF approved sound person.

 

T HCF Minister (Optional)………………………...$300.00—Includes

* Participation and oversight at two-hour rehearsal session.

* Officiating of the event during the scheduled four-hour block of time

* Counseling

§ Weddings—four, one-hour sessions with the HCF minister, together with the bride and groom

§ Quinceañeras—to be determined by the HCF minister 

 

 

III. Payment Schedule

 

T Sanctuary Rental Deposit …………...……….$100.00—Provisions

* Rental Deposit is considered as part of the general Sanctuary Rental and will be counted as such toward the overall fees

* A completed Facility Request Form must accompany the Rental Deposit (To be obtained from the HCF Facility Coordinator and completed by the wedding or quinceañera party)

* Receipt of Rental Deposit and Facility Request Form secures Main Sanctuary for rehearsal and event date/time on the HCF master calendar

* The dates and times to be scheduled for the rehearsal and event will not be placed on the HCF Master Calendar until the rental deposit and facility request form are posted as received by the HCF Facility Coordinator

* If the scheduled event is cancelled, the rental deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event

* Rental deposit can be in the form of a check or money order and is to be made out to Harbor Christian Fellowship

 

T Security Deposit …………...…………………….$300.00—Provisions

* This deposit is separate from the rental deposit and serves as a guarantee from the event-party planner and personnel that the HCF facilities will be left in the same, or better, condition as they were received.

* Once HCF Facility Coordinator posts receipt of RENTAL deposit and Facility Request Form, a facility checklist will be provided to assist the event-party planner and personnel in the process of returning HCF facilities to original condition. The checklist also includes a security-deposit return form to be filled out and returned with the security deposit to the HCF Facility Coordinator.

* Security Deposit is to be posted as received by the HCF Facility Coordinator no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

* Security deposit can be in the form of a check or money order and is to be made out to Harbor Christian Fellowship

* Upon confirmation by the HCF Facility Coordinator that all rented facilities have been returned to original condition, the HCF office will return the security deposit via U.S. mail to the address indicated on the security deposit return form (usually within 2 weeks after the event).

 

T Sanctuary Rental Balance …………..…………..$750.00—Provisions

* Due to be posted as received by the HCF Facilities Coordinator no later than 30 days prior to scheduled event.

* If your event-party chooses to use any of the optional Rental Services   (i.e. Sound or the HCF minister), the appropriate fees for such are also due to be posted as received by the HCF Facilities Coordinator no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled event. (See Rental Service Fees under item II)
